Two lucky readers will win a copy of the book Rules of the CCMA and the Labour Courts by Marion Fouché. The CCMA (Commission for Concilation, Mediation and Arbritration) works to conciliate workplace disputes, as well as arbitrate disputes that remain unresolved after conciliation. For anyone in the workplace, knowing the workings of the CCMA is an asset, giving you better insight into your rights as an employee.
New rules for the CCMA were implemented from 1 April 2015, 29 of the existing rules were amended, while four new rules were added.
Rules of the CCMA and the Labour Courts offers readers an insight into the rules of the CCMA, as well as insight into the Labour Court and Labour Appeal Court, and as the Practice Manual of the Labour Court.

- Entrants must become a Justmoney newsletter subscriber in order to qualify for the competition. For an additional entry, like our Facebook page. The two winners will be chosen at random from the list of members. Illegible email addresses will not be accepted.
- We will do our best to contact the winners with the contact information provided. We will announce the winners on our website and on our social media pages. No more than three attempts will be made to reach the winner within five working days after the competition draw. If the winner selected cannot be contacted within this period their names will be withdrawn from the pool and a new winner will be drawn.

- The prize a copy of the book ‘Rules of the CCMA and the Labour Courts’. The book will be delivered to the winner’s chosen address. Only local (South African based) addresses will be accepted.
